Directions to Our Facility in Manhattan

FROM LA GUARDIA

– Follow signs to the BQE (Brooklyn / Queens Expressway) toward Queens-Midtown Tunnel.
– Proceed through Midtown Tunnel; you will exit onto 34th Street.
– As you exit stay to your right.
– You will be at 34th Street and Second Avenue.
– Continue straight (you are heading westbound) to Park Avenue South.
– Make a LEFT turn onto Park Avenue South.
– Continue southbound to 373 Park Avenue South, between 26th and 27th Streets.
– Fusion Focus is located on the left hand side of the street.

FROM JFK

– Follow signs to Van Wyck.
– Take Van Wyck to Grand Central Parkway Westbound.
– Follow Grand Central Parkway until you reach the BQE towards Queens Midtown Tunnel.
– Proceed through Midtown Tunnel; you will exit onto 34th Street.
– As you exit stay to your right.
– You will be at 34th Street and Second Avenue.
– Continue straight (you are heading westbound) to Park Avenue South.
– Make a LEFT turn onto Park Avenue South.
– Continue southbound to 373 Park Avenue South, between 26th and 27th Streets.
– Fusion Focus is located on the left hand side of the street.

FROM THE LINCOLN TUNNEL (NJ)

– Proceed through the Lincoln Tunnel in the far right lane (this will allow you to go right or southbound when you exit).
– Upon exiting the tunnel make a RIGHT turn.
– Proceed southbound until you reach 34th Street.
– Make a LEFT (heading East) on 34th Street until you reach Park Avenue South.
– Make a RIGHT turn onto Park Avenue South.
– Continue southbound to 373 Park Avenue South, between 26th and 27th Streets.
– Fusion Focus is located on the left hand side of the street.

VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

From Uptown / The Bronx: it is most convenient to reach Fusion Focus from Grand Central Station at 42nd Street.
– From Grand Central Station take the DOWNTOWN train #6 two station stops to 28th Street.
– You will emerge on 28th Street and Park Avenue South.
– Fusion Focus is located 1 1⁄2 blocks from the subway station on the left and side of the
street.

From Downtown / Brooklyn: it is most convenient to reach Fusion Focus Center from Union Square at 14th Street.
– From Union Square take the UPTOWN #6 train two station stops to 28th Street.
– You will emerge on 28th Street and Park Avenue South.
– Fusion Focus is located 1 1⁄2 blocks from the subway station on the left and side of the
street.
